Our Story
E&S Insurance Specialists is the surplus lines division of Contractors Choice Agency, an independent insurance agency founded in 2004 and headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. With over two decades in the specialty insurance market, our team has developed deep relationships with the nation's leading non-admitted carriers and Lloyd's of London syndicates.
What started as a contractor-focused agency expanded into E&S markets as we recognized a critical gap: businesses with unusual risks, prior losses, or complex exposures were being turned away by standard carriers with no clear path to coverage. We built our E&S division to bridge that gap.
Today, our surplus lines brokers handle risks ranging from single-day special events to multi-million dollar excess liability programs — all under one roof with the same commitment to responsive service and honest guidance.
